Operation: OfferDetails
The element vcr:OfferDetailsRequest extends vct:RequestType with a list of vcr:OfferID elements, the requested document numbers related to the supplier's offer.
The element vcr:OfferDetailsResponse extends vct:ResponseType with a list of vcr:Offer elements.
