The request comprises a vco:ViewOrderRequest element; the response comprises a vco:OrderResponse element.
Rule: ViewOrder
A Veloconnect-compliant server responds to a ViewOrderRequest as follows:
Determined as part of the request is whether a transaction instance exists for this transaction context. If not, then ResponseCode 420 is returned.
The OrderResponseLine elements from the transaction context are inserted into the response, which is supplied with ResponseCode 200 to the client. The transaction instance's state remains unchanged.
