Die Auftragsbestätigung stellt die verbindliche Annahme eines Auftrags durch den Lieferanten dar und kann zudem bereits den voraussichtlichen Liefertermin beinhalten. Dabei ist es unerheblich, auf welchem Weg der Auftrag ursprünglich erteilt wurde.
